Core Responsibilities:
1. Manage bank/EMI account openings for offshore companies in jurisdictions including UAE, Hong Kong, Switzerland, and BVI.
2. Maintain global banking relationships and establish priority channels for account openings.
3. Prepare multi-jurisdictional account opening documentation (e.g., shareholder structure diagrams, transaction background whitepapers).
4. Monitor account compliance status and respond to regulatory audits promptly.
5. Develop risk-alert systems for account openings and optimize operational efficiency.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 3 years of cross-border accounts management experience (success cases required).
2. Familiarity with financial regulations in at least two offshore jurisdictions.
3. Proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin), Arabic is a plus.
4. Ability to handle urgent account opening crises.
5. Skilled in Office Automation System -OAS and data analysis tools.

2. 维护全球银行关系网络，建立开户绿色通道
3. 制作多法域开户材料包（含股东穿透图/交易背景白皮书）
4. 监控账户合规状态，及时应对监管审查
5. 开发开户风险预警系统，优化全流程效率
任职要求
1. 3年以上跨境账户管理经验（需提供成功案例）
2. 熟悉至少2个离岸法域金融监管要求
3. 精通英语及中文 (普通话)，会阿拉伯语加分
4. 具备处理突发开户危机的应急能力
5. 熟练使用OA系统及数据分析工具
