We are a luxury hotel in Riyadh seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in hotel sales and a proven track record of driving revenue and increasing occupancy rates.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates
- Identify and target potential clients including corporate accounts, travel agencies and event planners
- Build relationships with current and potential clients to secure repeat business
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competition
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Attend industry events, trade shows and conferences to network and promote the hotel
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales preferably in Riyadh or the Middle East region
- Excellent communication skills in English;
Arabic is a plus - Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets/goals
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends when needed
Salary: $1700/month
