We’re Hiring – Hotel Operations & Reservations Executive (Remote)

Black Pearl Tours, a leading travel company based in Lebanon, is looking for an experienced Hotel Operations & Reservations Executive to join our growing team remotely and support our hotel operations and reservation management.
Key Responsibilities
* Enter and manage hotel data, room types, occupancy details, meal plans, and hotel information on the system.
* Update room availability, rates, inventory, and stop-sale periods.
* Coordinate between hotels, suppliers, and our booking system to ensure accurate data and connectivity.
* Manage all hotel reservations received through the system.
* Handle booking confirmations, amendments, cancellations, and special requests.
* Ensure all hotel information, availability, and pricing remain accurate and up to date.
* Communicate with hotels and suppliers to resolve operational and reservation-related issues.
Working Hours & Availability
* 9 continuous working hours per day, mainly dedicated to hotel data entry, inventory management, rate updates, and reservation operations.
* Hotel reservations must be monitored 24/7.
* The successful candidate must remain attentive to new reservations that may be received at any time and respond promptly to urgent booking requests whenever required.
Requirements
* Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel reservations, hotel operations, channel management, or a similar role.
* Strong understanding of hotel booking procedures, room management, rates, availability, and reservation processes.
* Previous experience working with hotel reservation systems, booking platforms, or channel managers.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
* A personal laptop and a reliable high-speed internet connection are mandatory.
* Ability to remain available for urgent reservation matters outside regular working hours when necessary.
