Hotel Manager – Luxury Resort, Doha, Qatar
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to oversee the operations of our luxury resort in Doha, Qatar.
Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth and efficient operation of all departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Manage and train a multicultural team of staff.
- Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction through exceptional service standards.
- Ensure the financial success of the hotel through effective cost control and revenue management.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Hotel Manager in a luxury setting.
- Excellent leadership skills and strong business acumen.
- Passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
- Fluency in Malayalam is preferred but not required.
Salary & Benefits
Full-time position with a salary of $1,100 per month. Visa sponsorship and on-site accommodation are provided.
