Position:  Hotel Management Trainer Walkin Interview (with Own VISA )

Company is looking for a person who can teach all major courses in the hotel industry, including Culinary Arts, Housekeeping, HR in Hospitality, F & B, Managing Front Desk, Hospitality Management, Waitering Course, and Hotel and Restaurant Management.

Qualifications:
Degree in Hotel Management/Administration/Human Resources/Quality Assurancewith an excellent track record of training capabilities.
Min. 5 years of relevant experience within asenior managementcapacity in the hotel industry, preferably in 5-star hotels.
Strong interpersonal skills and excellentcommunication skillsin English; additional foreign language is an added advantage.
Should be result-oriented, self-motivated, and possess apositive attitude.
Ability to think laterally and display a high level of integrity. Must have the ability to identify impact and influence others.
Must be a strong team player,multitasking, enthusiastic, and flexible.

Responsibilities:
Conduct all Training Needs Analysis for the hotel – establishing core competencies required for key positions and identifying/developing training programs for all development needs.
Drive, direct, and coordinate timely and structured learning experiences; support theleadershipteam and their departments on all quality improvement activities, operational training requirements, andcareer developmentprograms to improve and maintain job performance, ensuring that all colleagues meet hotel standards.
Establish a departmental trainer platform to drive effectiveness in the delivery of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Be present at key service delivery points to assess and audit service standards, conduct spot training, and support function heads with a clear understanding of challenges and opportunities.
Develop succession plans for the talent pool with the Department Heads and monitor progress based on goals.
Review and analyze hotel guest feedback through various platforms (Guest Love, GSI, Social Reviews, Glitches, Courtesy calls, etc.) regularly and provide a clear understanding of root causes of issues and areas for improvement.
Lead and facilitate monthly and quarterly Quality/Guest Experience/Tactical Solve Meetings and action planning sessions (identification of problems, root cause analysis – monitor improvements and communicate progress).
Work closely with the FOM to review and drive understanding of loyalty programs among stakeholders for a betterguest loyaltyexperience.
Develop and conduct service quality and brand standards audits.
Educate colleagues on brand standards and ensure departmental trainings related to standards are taking place.
Lead and support departments in the annual quality evaluation audit.
Take necessary actions post quality evaluation audit andguest experienceevaluation.
