We seek a highly skilled and experienced Senior Painter to join our auto body shop team. The Senior Painter will be responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing vehicles, focusing on high-quality results. This individual will also oversee the work of junior painters and assist in managing the painting department’s operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of automotive paint systems, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering top-tier finishes.
Key Responsibilities: Painting & Finishing:
Vehicle Preparation: Prepare vehicles for painting by thoroughly cleaning, sanding, priming, and masking. Ensure surfaces are smooth and free from imperfections before applying paint.
Painting: Paint and coat vehicles using spray guns and other equipment, ensuring a high-quality finish and consistency in colour and texture.
Finishing: Perform the final finishing touches, including buffing, polishing, and detailing painted surfaces to meet quality standards.
Quality Control:
Inspection of Work: Review the quality of the paintwork, ensuring that the finished vehicle meets company and customer expectations for colour match, smoothness, and durability.
Troubleshooting: Identify any issues with the paint application or finish, such as runs, uneven coverage, or colour mismatches. Take corrective action to ensure quality results.
Ensuring Consistency: Ensure that paint applications are consistent across all areas of the vehicle, adhering to manufacturer specifications and best practices.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
