Role Overview
Guest Environment Experts are responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel, ensuring a memorable and unique guest experience. They are empowered to move through the space and perform all necessary housekeeping functions.
Responsibilities
- Deliver guest requests and stock maintenance carts.
- Clean rooms, public spaces, and other designated areas.
- Maintain a safe work environment, follow company policies and procedures, and uphold confidentiality.
- Adhere to quality standards and present a professional uniform, appearance and communication.
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Perform additional reasonable duties as requested.
