Responsibilities
- Ensure the cleanliness of hotel rooms, public areas, and overall appearance.
- Respond promptly to guest requests.
- Supply and replenish housekeeping carts.
- Perform cleaning tasks that maintain safety, confidentiality and quality standards.
- Assist guests and other staff in maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, sit or walk for long periods of time.
- Physical strength to lift, move, push or pull items weighing up to 50 lbs (22.7 kg) without assistance.
- Professional appearance and adherence to uniform requirements.
- Strong commitment to safety, confidentiality, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
