Job Title: Hot Chef
Location: Central Kitchen – Mussafah, Abu Dhabi
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook hot food items in accordance with company recipes and production standards.
- Handle bulk cooking for central kitchen operations while maintaining consistency and quality.
- Ensure proper cooking, portioning, and packaging of food for distribution to branches.
- Monitor food quality, taste, and presentation before dispatch.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and temperature control standards at all times.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with supervisors for ingredient requirements.
- Minimize food waste and ensure efficient use of ingredients.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Hot Chef or in a similar role, preferably in a central kitchen.
- Knowledge of bulk cooking and food production processes.
- Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
- Team player with a positive attitude and reliability.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
