Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Hostess located in Riyadh. The Hostess will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, answering phone calls, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional tasks include maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, coordinating with waitstaff and kitchen staff, and ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greeting and welcoming guests
• Answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries
• Managing reservations and the waitlist
• Familiar with restaurant reservations platform
• Escorting customers to their tables or the waiting area
• Assisting waitstaff during busy periods
• Handling guest complaints professionally and promptly
Must-Have Skills:
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to perform well under pressure
• Basic but accurate math skills for cash handling and POS use
• Previous restaurant experience or transferable customer service skills
