Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests with a friendly attitude
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Manage reservations and the waiting list
- Answer customer questions about the menu and specials
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally
- Check on guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Process bills and handle cash or card payments
- Set up and clear tables, keeping the dining area clean and organized
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Follow food safety, hygiene and company service standards
