Urgent Requirement for a Female Hostessat TAC Armored Vehicles to Join Immediately

Experience:Hospitality Industry with Restaurant and Kitchen experience is preferred
Languages:Excellent in English and Russian is a must
Reports to:Director of Administration
Department:Administrative Directorate
Responsibilities:
Service at Meetings and Gatherings:
Serve refreshments and meals at meetings, business gatherings, and coffee breaks.
Ensure all guests and attendees are attended to promptly and courteously.
Cleanliness and Maintenance:
Maintain the cleanliness of the meeting area and workspace before, during, and after events.
Ensure all service areas are tidy and organized.
Event Organization:
Assist in organizing banquets and catering services for company events.
Coordinate with external catering providers to ensure quality and timely service.
Supply Management:
Order and manage supplies needed for meetings, gatherings, and conferences.
Ensure an adequate stock of beverages, snacks, and other necessary items is always available.
Setup and Teardown:
Set up tables, chairs, and service stations for meetings and events.
Tear down and clean up after events, ensuring the space is returned to its original condition.
Guest Interaction:
Provide excellent customer service to all guests and attendees.
Address any special requests or needs promptly and efficiently.
Inventory Management:
Maintain an inventory of catering supplies and equipment.
Conduct regular checks to ensure all items are in good condition and reorder as necessary.
Health and Safety Compliance:
Adhere to health and safety regulations in the preparation and serving of food and beverages.
Ensure all service areas are compliant with hygiene standards.
Additional Support:
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Support other members of the administrative team during peak times or special events.
Requirements:
Experience in a similar position or in the hospitality industry.
Knowledge of catering and banquet service standards.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellentcommunicationand customer service abilities.
Ability to work in afast-paced environment.
Attention to detailand commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
