Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and well-presented Arabic-speaking Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate will create a warm Lebanese hospitality experience by welcoming guests, managing reservations, coordinating seating, and ensuring excellent customer service from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests with a warm and professional attitude.
- Manage reservations, walk-ins, and the waiting list efficiently.
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
- Coordinate with the restaurant manager and service team to optimize table allocation.
- Answer guest inquiries regarding the menu, restaurant facilities, and operating hours.
- Handle phone calls and reservation requests professionally.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Monitor guest flow and waiting times to provide the best dining experience.
- Assist in handling guest feedback and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Maintain a positive, welcoming atmosphere that reflects Lebanese hospitality.
Requirements
- Female candidate.
- Arabic speaker (mandatory).
- Previous experience as a hostess or in customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Basic English is an advantage but not required.
