Hostess (Italian Speaker) Jobs in Dubai at FIVE Hotels and Resorts
We are currently seeking a Medical Records Officer to join our team and ensure the accurate management and security of patient health records.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain and manage patient records in compliance with hospital policies and UAE healthcare regulations.
Ensure confidentiality and security of medical records in both physical and electronic formats.
Process requests for patient information while adhering to data protection and privacy laws.
Support medical staff by providing timely access to patient records for diagnosis and treatment.
Ensure proper coding and classification of medical data for accurate billing and reporting.
Conduct regular audits of medical records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
Collaborate with IT and administrative teams to improve electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Assist in training healthcare staff on proper record-keeping practices and documentation standards.
Manage record retention, archiving, and disposal procedures as per regulatory guidelines
Qualification & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management, Medical Records, or a related field.
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in medical records management within a hospital or healthcare facility.
Knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations, including DHA and MOH guidelines.
Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and health information software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information responsibly.
Knowledge / Technical Skills:
Very Good Computer Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…etc.)
Effective & Efficient Communication Skills
Ability to Work as an Efficient & effective Team Member Ability to Handle Projects
