Qualifications:
· Must be in the UAE.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Highly organized, good in reporting and can adapt multicultural environment.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Customer service oriented.
· Willing to be trained.
· With or without experience in UAE real estate.
· Freelancers are also welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
· Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information on the properties and the market.
· Negotiate offers and finalize contracts.
· Lead generation and property listing.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
· Stay updated on the latest real estate trends and regulations in Dubai.
