We are currently hiring for Hostess Professionals across our award-winning Daylife portfolio, including AURA Skypool, TAPASAKE, Bâoli, and Azure Beach.
We are looking for experienced, dynamic, and highly presentable Hostesses with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences in luxury lifestyle dining, beach clubs, and nightlife venues.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and ensure a seamless arrival experience.
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and waiting lists efficiently.
- Coordinate with the restaurant team to optimise table turnover and guest flow.
- Respond professionally to guest enquiries and special requests.
- Maintain accurate reservation records using reservation management systems.
- Ensure reception and waiting areas are maintained to the highest presentation standards.
- Deliver exceptional guest service while representing the brand professionally.
Ideal Candidate
- 2-4 years of experience as a Hostess within a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, beach club, or lifestyle dining concept.
- Experience using SevenRooms, OpenTable, or similar reservation systems is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Well-groomed with a professional presentation.
