About the Job
As a Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for guests and play a key role in creating a welcoming and exceptional guest experience. Responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations and seating plans, and ensuring smooth guest flow throughout service. Always ensuring an efficient and courteous experience.
About You
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanour
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to remain calm and courteous in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with reservation software, POS systems & MS Office is an advantage
- Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
- Multiple language ability is considered an additional advantage
- Committed, reliable, flexible, and confident.
