We are seeking an elegant and service-oriented Hostess to join a luxury property. As the first point of contact, you will create a lasting impression by delivering a warm, personalized, and high-end guest experience in line with luxury hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests with poise, professionalism, and a warm demeanor
- Escort guests to their tables while ensuring comfort and satisfaction
- Manage reservations, VIP bookings, and waitlists with accuracy
- Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service
- Coordinate closely with service and management teams for seamless guest flow
- Maintain an immaculate and presentable reception area
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with discretion and efficiency
- Uphold the brand standards and luxury service etiquette at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Hostess in a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, or high-end hospitality environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-groomed, polished, and professional appearance
- Strong customer service mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Must be locally available in Qatar with a valid QID
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience handling VIP guests and high-profile clientele
- Familiarity with reservation systems (e.g., OpenTable or similar)
- Multilingual candidates are highly preferred
