KEYRESPONSIBILITESResponsible for doing allpreparations for the service, like preparing table planning andmenu’s.Making sure to work withclean equipment and surfaces.
Making sure thathe/she is always enthusiastic and delivering great service to allguests, the hostess is the first contact for the guests and shouldalways be aware of that in answering email, phone or speaking withthe guests directly.
Keeping an eye on guestswhen they move or something changes and communicating this withwaiting staff and kitchen.
Taking orders andgiving information to guests if required and clearly communicatethis to colleagues.
Making the waiting andkitchen staff aware of VIPs and special requests or needs fromguests.
During the service the hostess shouldbe able to deal with challenges, changes and keep an eye on tableturnovers.
If necessary preparing orders likedrinks and preparing snacks, bread.
Responsiblefor cleaning tasks during and afterservice.
Making sure that all the guest areaslook immaculate.
Attend departmental meetingsif required.
A minimum of 2+ years experienceis essential.
Preferably experienced in highvolume F&B operations.
Maintains greatcustomer service to all guests.
Planning andorganising tasks, people andsupplies.
Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills.
Quantified experience infood safety and hygiene.
Advanced customerservice skills.  Key Skills   Comunication skills,Manufacturing Management
