- Welcome guests with a smile.
- Escort guests to their tables.
- Manage reservations and waiting lists.
- Answer phone calls and guest inquiries.
- Keep the reception area clean and organized.
- Support the restaurant team to provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Arabic speaker (English is a plus).
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Friendly, polite, and well-groomed.
- Able to work flexible shifts.
- Previous experience is preferred
