Position: Host/Hostess United Arab Emirates)
Job Description:
Host/Hostess1)
Meet and greet guests and escort them to their designated tables with atmost professional manner.
2)
To be consistently well groomed & professional in appearance and to wear the appropriate uniform.
3)
Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists4)
Manage the CRM system for bookings and guest information’s.5)
Provide menus to the guests and introduce Waiter/Waitress’s name.
6)
Coordinate with waiter staff about available seating options.
7)
Ensure complete and consistent cleanliness of the host/hostess area.
8)
Cater to guests who require extra attention (e.g. children, elderly, handicapped)9) Answer incoming calls/messages/whatsapp and address customers’ queries.
10) Schedule reservation for guests both in person and over the phone.
11) Thank clients for their patronage when they are leaving.
12) Assist wait staff as needed.
13) Communicate with supervisors/Head of the Department/Operational Head/ Management on any issue related to customers.

Qualifications:
• At least 1 year experience in similar role
• No of Vacancies – 05
• Location – Dubai
• Languages – English, Arabic & 0ther foreign languages beneficiary Â
• Age Limit – up to 30 yrs.
Salary Package:
