Host & Event Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service in KUDU Restaurants and conducting event entertainment activities internally & externally.
Responsibilities
Providing excellent customer service (welcoming and receiving customers, assisting customers in the ordering process, etc.).
Ensuring quality service through effective communication with customers and employees.
Ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant goes according to KUDU’s standards.
Answering customers’ inquiries about KUDU’s products and the presented offers.
Introducing the new offers and create a suggestive selling to the customers.
Listen carefully to customer comments, feedback, requests and complaints and report them accurately to the concerned departments.
Cater to guests who require extra attention (e.g. children, elderly).
Greet customers upon their departure.
Conducting internal & external event activities.
Leading customers’ birthday parties inside KUDU Restaurants & in customers’ places.
Skills
Minimum High School and above.
Preferred to have experience in event and entertainment activities.
Enthusiastic and Energetic:
Ability to maintain high energy levels and enthusiasm throughout the event to keep children engaged and entertained.
Child-Friendly Personality:
Warm, friendly, and approachable demeanor that puts children at ease and encourages their participation in activities.
Creative and Imaginative:
Ability to develop and execute fun and age-appropriate games, activities, and entertainment ideas that capture children’s imaginations.
Excellent Communication Skills:
Clear and effective communication skills to interact with children, parents, and other party guests positively and engagingly.
Patience and Adaptability:
Capacity to handle various situations that may arise during the party, such as managing conflicts, accommodating special needs, and adjusting activities based on the children’s interests and preferences.
Reliable and Responsible:
Dependable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility to ensure the party runs smoothly and all guests have an enjoyable experience.
Safety Awareness:
Knowledge of basic safety protocols and the ability to supervise children to ensure their well-being and prevent accidents during the party.
Costume and Makeup Skills (optional):
Proficiency in dressing up as characters or applying face paint and makeup if themed parties or character appearances are part of the job requirements.
