Hospitality Operations Manager
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Hospitality Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple hospitality venues within a premium hospitality destination. This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, service consistency, and strong commercial performance across all outlets.
Working closely with senior management and the culinary leadership team, the Hospitality Operations Manager will lead guest-facing teams, coordinate daily operations, and ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the daily operations of all hospitality venues.
* Lead, mentor, and develop front-of-house teams and outlet managers.
* Ensure consistent service standards and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
* Oversee staffing, scheduling, and workforce planning.
* Coordinate operations with the kitchen, bar, events, and support departments.
* Manage reservations, guest flow, and special events.
* Monitor operational performance, productivity, and profitability.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
* Resolve guest concerns and implement continuous service improvements.
* Prepare operational reports and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
