Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and

customer-focused

Operator to

join our team

at Swissotel Corniche Park Towers Doha, Qatar. As an Operator, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their needs are met with

professionalism

and warmth. This role is crucial in maintaining our reputation for

exceptional service

and creating memorable experiences for our visitors.

Answer incoming calls and greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor

Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services

Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently and effectively

Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Manage reservations, bookings, and guest information using our hotel management software

Assist with check-in and check-out procedures as needed

Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions

Support other front desk operations during peak times

Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures at all times

Participate in ongoing training to enhance guest service skills and knowledge

Qualifications

Proven experience in a hospitality environment, preferably in a similar operator or front desk role

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests from diverse backgrounds

Proficiency in hotel operations and management software

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy

Excellent multi-tasking abilities and attention to detail

Basic computer literacy and familiarity with office software

Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience preferred

Fluency in English required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus

Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with light lifting when necessary

Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction
