Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve the company’s growth objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and secure new business opportunities within the hospitality sector.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with hotel owners, investors, developers, and hospitality partners.
- Lead negotiations and close hotel management, operation, consultancy, and strategic partnership agreements.
- Develop and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients and business opportunities.
- Prepare commercial proposals, presentations, business cases, and feasibility studies.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and investment opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth handover and execution of new projects.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities.
- Track business development performance and deliver against agreed revenue and growth targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development, hospitality management, hotel operations, hotel investment, or real estate.
- Proven track record in securing hotel management or commercial partnership agreements.
- Strong network of hotel owners, investors, developers, and hospitality decision-makers.
- Solid understanding of hospitality business models, hotel operations, and commercial agreements.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English;
Arabic is highly preferred. - Willingness to travel as required.
Preferred Certifications
- Certification in Business Development or Sales Management.
- Hospitality-related certification (e.g., AHLEI or equivalent).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent is an advantage.
- Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) or similar hospitality certification is a plus.
