Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Horseback Riding Instructor to join our team full-time in Ras Al Khaimah.
The instructor will conduct safe and enjoyable riding lessons for guests of different ages and skill levels, supervise riding activities, prepare horses and equipment, monitor horse condition and behavior, and support daily stable operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Horseback Riding Instructor or Equestrian Coach.
- Horse riding and teaching skills.
- Experience in horse handling, grooming, basic care, and training.
- Good knowledge of equestrian safety and stable management.
- Ability to work confidently with children, families, and different rider levels.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work outdoors and handle physically demanding duties.
