- Build & maintain an effective front-line relationship with assigned customers in order to build strong loyalty and drive
- customer satisfaction through superior service and execution
- Oversee, maintain and develop existing business within his assigned customers/territory
- Develop a daily/weekly call/visit list and maintain information accuracy monthly
- Conduct an intensive and structured prospecting of new customers, develop a target list of new customers with a
- regional manager’s support to tackle and acquire new accounts
- Tackle and recruit new customers and apply administration pre-requisite to open new internal customer code
- Follow up on orders and deliveries and ensure proper customer service
- Track and analyze sales goals and objectives on daily basis
- Review daily sales reports to manage and coordinate work activity
- Handle and respond to existing products queries from clients quickly, effectively and accurately
- Provide customers with the appropriate selection, sampling of products in response to their inquiries and provide
quotations accordingly.
- Respond to customer complaints and follow-up with the concerned department to resolve ASAP to maintain customer
satisfaction
- Responsible for customers balance confirmation/reconciliation and collection of payments from customers as per
company policy
- Gather market information on competition activities, products, pricing, and market trends & report to the management
- Follow the management direction in all aspects of the sales cycle
- Attend required meetings and scheduled training assigned by the sales manager
- Attend job needs and work as a team player
- Uphold corporate integrity and values while ensuring all activities comply with company policies and procedures
