Job Description
DejaVu Restaurant & Cafe is seeking a skilled and experienced Hookah Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in preparing and serving a variety of premium shisha flavors while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high hygiene and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve shisha (hookah) according to guest preferences and restaurant standards
- Ensure proper setup, cleaning, and maintenance of shisha equipment
- Recommend flavors, mixes, and combinations to enhance guest experience
- Monitor guest tables and replace charcoal as required
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
- Provide a welcoming, professional, and attentive customer experience
Requirements
- Previous experience as a shisha/hookah specialist is preferred
- Strong knowledge of shisha flavors, preparation, and maintenance techniques
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Well-groomed, presentable, and professional appearance
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
