Homeroom Teacher (IB Programme)

Ruya Schools, an International Baccalaureate (IB) school in Al Khobar, is seeking a qualified and experienced Homeroom Teacher to join its academic team.
The Homeroom Teacher will play a key role in delivering high-quality, inquiry-based instruction aligned with the IB framework, supporting students’ academic and personal development, and contributing to a collaborative and reflective school culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, inquiry-based lessons aligned with the IB programme
- Teach core subjects and support students’ holistic development
- Design and implement assessments in line with IB standards
- Monitor and analyse student progress to inform instruction
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency in teaching and learning
- Contribute to curriculum development and school improvement initiatives
