Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience as a Caregiver, Healthcare Assistant, Nursing Assistant, or similar role is preferred.
- Preferably with experience in elderly care, including assisting elderly patients with activities of daily living, mobility, personal hygiene, feeding, and companionship.
- Experience in baby or infant care is also preferred, including basic hygiene, feeding, bathing, monitoring, and providing appropriate care and supervision.
- Previous homecare experience is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of patient care, hygiene, mobility, and safety.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to communicate effectively in English.
- Compassionate, patient, trustworthy, and responsible.
- Physically capable of assisting patients with mobility and daily activities.
- Able to work independently while following the instructions of the healthcare team.
- Willing to work 12-hour or 24-hour shifts, including weekends and public holidays, depending on patient requirements.
- Must be willing to work in a patient’s home and adapt to different patient and family environments.
- Relevant UAE healthcare/caregiver certification or license, where applicable, is an advantage.
Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
