Home Maintenance Operations Coordinator (Dispatcher) Jobs in Dubai Silicon Oasis at EDGE INTEGRATED TECHNICAL SERVICES LLC
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator / Dispatcher to manage daily service operations for our home maintenance division at Edge Integrated Technical Services in Dubai.
This role is critical in ensuring efficient job allocation, technician productivity, and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating field teams (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or general maintenance) and handling high-volume service requests in a fast-paced environment.
You will act as the central point between customers, technicians, and management—ensuring jobs are scheduled, executed, and closed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Assign and schedule daily jobs to technicians based on location, skillset, and urgency
- Monitor technician movement, productivity, and job completion status
- Coordinate emergency and urgent service requests
- Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, delays, and updates
- Ensure proper job documentation, updates, and closure in CRM
- Handle rescheduling, cancellations, and complaints professionally
- Optimize routes to reduce downtime and improve efficiency
- Work closely with operations and customer service teams
Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of experience in dispatching or operations coordination (home maintenance preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Dubai locations and routing
- Experience with CRM systems (preferably Zoho or similar)
- Excellent communication skills (English required; Arabic/Hindi/Urdu a plus)
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
