Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments of patients’ health and develop individualized care plans
- Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, medication administration, and monitoring of vital signs
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Educate patients and their families on proper care techniques and disease management
- Communicate regularly with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment for patients and staff
- Travel to patients’ homes within Jubail and surrounding areas for appointments
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in home health care or a similar setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
