Job Title: Real Estate Leasing Agent
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Leasing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leasing residential and commercial properties, building client relationships, and ensuring a seamless rental process.
Key Responsibilities:
Market and lease properties to prospective tenants.
Conduct property viewings and negotiations.
Maintain relationships with landlords and tenants.
Ensure all leasing documents and agreements are completed accurately.
Stay updated on market trends and rental rates.
Requirements:
Previous experience in real estate leasing preferred.
Mandatory UAE driving license and own car.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of local real estate laws and market trends.
Ability to work independently and meet leasing targets.
