Job Summary
responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing electronic devices and systems. The role requires hands‑on technical expertise, strong problem‑solving skills, and the ability to support both customers and internal teams in resolving technical issues efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in electronic devices and systems.
- Perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and upgrades on electronic equipment.
- Install and configure new electronic devices as required.
- Conduct testing and quality checks after repairs to ensure proper functionality.
- Accurately document all service, maintenance, and repair activities in the system.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (e.g., Sales, Customer Service) to resolve technical issues.
- Adhere to health, safety, and company policies while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and advancements in electronics
Qualifications Education
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
Experience
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in electronics maintenance and technical support.
- Experience working within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) is preferred.
