Holiday Home Sales (Business Development Executive) Jobs in Dubai at Seattle International Services
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Ø Supervise the staff at site during implementation phase of the project and monitor workflow.
Ø Participate in technical discussions and attend meetings with suppliers/contractors at the site or office.
Ø Monitor all the projects from the design phase until the final handover.
Ø Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel, accomplishing work results, establishing priorities, monitoring progress, revising schedules, resolving problems, and reporting results to the management.
Ø Ensure that projects are completed on time, within the budget and to the client’s satisfaction.
Ø Ability to review designs, drawings and work closely with the design department to ensure production objectives are met.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a production supervisor joinery
Ability to identify production issues and quickly implement effective solutions.
Ensuring products meet quality standards.
Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks at once.
Understanding furniture manufacturing processes such as wood cutting, shaping, assembly, and finishing.
Ability to communicate effectively with various departments and team members.
