We are searching for an organized and detailed-oriented qualified individual as a Property consultant to serve as a point of reference between property owners and prospective buyers and tenants.
Requirements:-
- Fresh and Experience both can apply (All Visa Status and prefer with Own Visa)
- Driving License is a Big Advantage.
- Must be fluent in English language and literacy
- We will also consider self-motivated and driven candidates.
- Salary and Commission based on experience, target performance
Job Description:-
- Well-spoken with leasing and sale.
- Strong Sales, Negotiation and Communication skills.
- Presentable and aggressive in reaching monthly targets.
- Client Management.
- Networking with agents and property Owners/Landlords.
- Follow company procedures and be a good team player.
- Talking to clients on phone or face to face in a kind and respectful manner.
