If you’re passionate about travel, thrive in a results-driven environment, and excel at building relationships, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and business expansion.Build and maintain relationships with B2B and B2C clients, including travel agencies, corporate clients, and direct customers.Identify new markets and create innovative travel packages to cater to diverse audiences.Represent the company at travel fairs, expos, and networking events.Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive engagement and creative deal-making.Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications:Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.A deep passion for travel and understanding of current travel trends.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Self-starter mentality with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
