Role Overview:
Lead Operations: Oversee and optimize all aspects of GRANSX’s projects, ensuring seamless, top-quality delivery.
Strategize and Expand: Identify growth opportunities, refine service strategies, and implement processes for operational excellence.
Team Leadership: Inspire and manage a skilled team, fostering a collaborative environment to exceed client expectations.
Client and Partner Relations: Cultivate and sustain relationships with clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate:
Extensive experience in renovations, fit-outs, or maintenance, with a proven record in management or executive roles.
Strong leadership skills with a results-driven mindset.
