Job Summary:
We are looking for a Hindi-speaking Tele Sales Executive to connect with potential customers, explain the product benefits, and assist customers in need. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in Hindi and English, customer-handling ability, and experience in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
· Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain about our application.
· Explain app features, benefits, registration process, and usage.
· Follow up with interested leads and convert them into active users.
· Maintain daily call records, customer details, and sales updates.
· Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
· Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
· Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
· Coordinate with the sales team to improve customer conversions.
Requirements:
· Fluency in Hindi and English (mandatory).
· Knowledge of other languages (Malayalam/Tamil/Telugu/Kannada/Sinhala) will be an added advantage.
· Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or sales preferred.
· Good communication and convincing skills.
· Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
· Target-oriented and self-motivated.
· Basic computer knowledge and ability to update CRM/systems.
· UAE sales experience is an advantage.
Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
