We are looking for a skilled Hair Bleaching & Highlights Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong experience in balayage, highlights, and professional hair care, with the ability to deliver high-quality results while maintaining hair health
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform balayage, highlights, and bleaching services
* Assess hair condition and recommend suitable treatments
* Maintain high standards of hygiene and professionalism
* Provide expert advice on hair care and aftercare
* Deliver consistent, high-quality results
Stay updated with latest hair coloring techniques and trends
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a hair colorist or specialist
* Strong skills in balayage and highlights * Knowledge of safe bleaching techniques * Understanding of hair structure and damage control
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced salon environment
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous salon experience (2+ years preferred)
* Certification in hairdressing or cosmetology
* Experience with different hair types
