Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HFT Trading Operations/Dev Ops Lead to build, optimize, and manage systems for a high growth HFT in Dubai. This firm has around 30 employees and accounts for 5-10% of global crypto volumes.
Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee the HFT Operations/Infrastructure strategy.
Develop systems and best practices around availability, performance, latency, reliability, etc.
Collaborate directly with the Head of Engineering.
Lead a high-impact team.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in HFT operations and team management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.
Looking for expertise with tools like Grafana, Prometheus, Ansible, etc.
