Job Summary
We are seeking hardworking and reliable Civil Helpers to support construction and maintenance activities at project sites. The successful candidates will assist skilled workers, handle materials, maintain site cleanliness, and support daily civil works while following safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist masons, carpenters, and other skilled workers with daily tasks.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools.
- Prepare work areas and maintain site cleanliness.
- Support basic construction, repair, and maintenance activities.
- Follow supervisor instructions and company safety requirements.
- Assist with material handling, excavation, and site preparation works.
- Perform general labor duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous experience in construction or civil works is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual work.
- Ability to work in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety practices.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team.
