Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days a week)

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM GST

Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM GST

Salary: Competitive (based on experience)

Flying Colour Business Setup Services LLC is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Relationship Officer / Client Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates with experience in customer care, administrative roles, and operations. Key Responsibilities:

Client Communication: Act as the first point of contact for all clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.

Client Support: Answer client calls and emails, addressing queries and concerns within the assigned timelines.

Follow-Up: Consistently send follow-up emails, calls, or WhatsApp messages to clients regarding ongoing work and update the system accordingly.

Operations Management: Take immediate action on new order forms received from Sales/ECS/CP teams within the designated timelines.

Client Portfolio: Manage a portfolio of 70-80 clients, ensuring excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.

Advisory Services: Discuss clients’ business formation needs across different zones and provide research-based advice.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in a customer care (calling) or administrative role, with significant experience in operations.

Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems and strong communication skills.

Client Relations: Ability to handle multiple clients and maintain strong, professional relationships.

Location: Must be available in Dubai for an interview.

Experience Consideration: Home country experience plus at least 2 years of customer service experience in the UAE will be considered.

Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred.
