KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Site Management: Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring that the project progresses as planned and adheres to schedules, quality standards, and budgets.
2. Project Coordination: Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and communication between all parties.
3. Quality Assurance: Monitor the quality of work and ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and relevant building codes and regulations.
4. Technical Support: Provide technical support to construction teams, offering guidance on site-based issues, resolving any technical challenges, and ensuring work is completed accurately.
5. Health & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations. Perform regular site inspections to maintain a safe working environment.
6. Resource Management: Manage site materials, machinery, and labor, ensuring efficient utilization and minimizing wastage or delays.
7. Progress Reporting: Prepare regular progress reports and update senior management on project status, challenges, and achievements.
8. Problem-Solving: Address and resolve issues that may arise on-site, such as delays, design discrepancies, or unforeseen obstacles.
9. Documentation: Maintain and review records related to project activities, including daily logs, reports, and material orders.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Minimum 2 years’ experience in oil and gas
CAD software and systems and MS Office
Good understanding of international gas codes and standards
Has leadership skills
Can work without supervision
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 – AED7,000.00 per month
