About the Role:

Join our Centralized Help Desk Team and play a critical role in handling technical complaints and service requests from airport stakeholders. As a Help Desk Technical Officer, you will ensure smooth operations by receiving, categorizing, and dispatching complaints while monitoring resolutions and keeping requesters updated.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Receive & Log Complaints through multiple channels (phone, email, web portal, mobile app, in-person).

✅ Categorize Complaints based on priority (electrical, mechanical, civil, IT).

✅ Dispatch Complaints to the relevant maintenance teams for swift resolution.

✅ Monitor Ticket Progress and ensure timely issue resolution.

✅ Provide Real-Time Updates and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

Fluent in Arabic and English (both spoken and written).

Experience in technical support/help desk operations (airport systems experience is a plus).

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of maintenance and facility management terminology in an airport environment.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.

Familiarity with ticketing systems and escalation procedures.
