Project Architect
Location:
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Travel up to 10%.
Hybrid work.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide thought leadership and actionable guidance during the sales process to set up a successful customer conversion and value‑realization roadmap.
- Share knowledge and experience with peers by contributing best‑practice templates and examples for the following delivery artifacts:
- Conversion Methodology Presentation
- Conversion Agendas
- Conversion Analysis templates
- Architecture Design Documents
- Test Plans
- Deployment Plan
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead and/or participate in small teams of BMC, partner, and customer resources at client sites to deliver outcomes and create additional business opportunities.
- Create and maintain conversion project artifacts.
- Establish conditions of satisfaction and success factors with the customer early in the sales cycle and review them periodically.
- Develop and maintain relationships with conversion code programmers via weekly status calls.
- Manage transition from Sales to Delivery Team.
- Review and clarify the SOW prior to deal closures.
- Serve as a technical lead rescuing at‑risk or endangered projects in conjunction with Sales, Support, and R&D.
- Plan and coordinate communication and collaboration among the Customer Team, Account Team, Pre‑Sales, Services Sales, and the PMO.
- Keep internal BMC Helix stakeholders well informed of engagement status.
- Improve the quality and efficiency of solutions delivered to BMC Helix clients to enhance business margins.
- Lead conversion scoping meetings, preparing materials and working with stakeholders to review key conversion analysis information.
- Provide precise project communications to the PMO and other internal stakeholders.
- Review BMC Helix SOW scoping with the customer.
- Create or improve processes and code programs that support deliverables for replacement sales opportunities or conversion projects.

- Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with account teams for follow‑up.
- Participate in internal knowledge initiatives.
- Execute projects in compliance with BMC Helix processes and standards.
- Deliver excellence in methodology.
- Fulfill all ethics and compliance training/testing requirements.
Compensation
Min salary: 404,625
Mid salary: 539,500
Max salary: 674,375
