We are looking for a Senior Registered Nurse who can join immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care & Clinical Duties:
Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and dignity.
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop personalized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors and other healthcare providers.
Monitor patient progress, document outcomes, and make necessary adjustments to care plans.
Provide leadership and support in emergency or critical care situations.
Leadership & Supervision:
Supervise and mentor junior nurses, nursing assistants, and other healthcare staff, offering guidance and support in daily duties.
Ensure that all nursing staff are following best practices, adhering to clinical guidelines, and providing patient-centered care.
Oversee the work of a team of nurses, ensuring effective delegation of responsibilities.
Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support staff development.
Act as a role model, promoting a culture of excellence, empathy, and teamwork.
Training & Development:
Lead and participate in training and professional development programs for nursing staff.
Identify areas for staff skill development and ensure that all nurses are up to date with the latest medical procedures, technologies, and protocols.
Facilitate educational sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance the clinical knowledge of the nursing team.
Support the onboarding and orientation of new nursing staff.
Ensure that nursing practice aligns with the organization’s policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor patient care outcomes and identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Conduct audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of care delivery and improve patient safety.
Enforce infection control protocols, medication administration safety, and other patient safety practices.
Collaboration & Communication:
Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
Act as a liaison between patients, families, and the healthcare team, ensuring effective communication and addressing concerns.
Attend interdisciplinary team meetings to review patient cases and ensure continuity of care.
Communicate effectively with management, ensuring nursing needs and issues are addressed.
Qualifications:
Must be a bachelors degree holder.
Must have a DHA License or Eligibility letter.
Immediate joiner is highly prioritizing.
