Car Rental Sales Executive (Short & Long-Term Leasing)

About Us:
Golden Key Rent a Car is a leading car rental company in Dubai, offering top-tier vehicle leasing solutions for short-term and long-term rentals. We cater to hotels, travel agencies, local and international suppliers, and corporate clients. As we expand, we are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive to drive our leasing and rental business.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with hotels, travel agencies, local and international suppliers, and corporate clients to increase rental sales.
Identify new business opportunities and establish partnerships for short-term and long-term leasing solutions.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth customer experience and service delivery.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Keep track of industry trends, competitor pricing, and customer preferences to optimize sales strategies.
Requirements:
Proven experience in car rental sales, leasing, or automotive sales.
Strong network in the travel and hospitality industry (hotels, travel agencies, local & international suppliers).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
UAE driving license is a plus.
Arabic and English proficiency is preferred.
