Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing heavy lifting and equipment‑related construction activities, ensuring safe and efficient execution in accordance with project specifications, approved procedures, schedules, and HSE requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise heavy lifting operations and construction activities on site.
- Oversee the mobilization, installation, operation, and demobilization of heavy lifting equipment.
- Ensure lifting activities are executed in accordance with approved lifting plans, method statements, and risk assessments.
- Coordinate with construction, engineering, planning, HSE, and subcontractor teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with project requirements and ADNOC standards.
- Ensure all lifting equipment, cranes, and associated accessories are properly certified, inspected, and fit for purpose.
- Review and coordinate lifting plans, crane studies, rigging arrangements, and related technical documentation.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure activities are completed safely, on schedule, and within project requirements.
- Identify potential construction issues and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve them promptly.
