Overview
To conduct Performance Assessments of Contractor s Staff as part of a prescreening process for working on Saudi Aramco projects.
Responsibilities
- Development, implementation, reporting and analysis of all certifications as assigned.
- Work as part of the Certification Team to ensure that the written performance sections of the certifications are developed and maintained as per the company policy for the following disciplines:
Rigging, Crane Operator and Heavy Equipment Operator, Backhoe, Bulldozer, Forklift, Grader, Wheel loader, Skid loader, Backhoe loader, Side boom Telehandler, etc. - Perform the following assessments to make sure about the operator s competency:
Heavy Equipment assessment – Backhoe, Bulldozer, Forklift, Grader, Wheel loader, Skid loader, Backhoe loader, Side boom Telehandler, etc;
Crane assessment;
Rigger assessment. - Assist to develop written and practical assessments in their field of expertise.
- Ensure that all assessments are completed efficiently and professionally.
- Complete the analysis of all assessments.
- Take on mentoring responsibilities as required.
- Assist with QA Audits.
- Assist with policy and procedural reviews and development.
- Uphold the Energy Tech HE Certifications Unit Policy.
Qualifications
- Academic and Professional Qualifications (minimum):
Technical qualifications or diploma in the relevant craft/subject. - Certified in specific area of expertise:
Heavy Equipment (Backhoe, Bulldozer, Forklift, Wheel loader, Backhoe loader, etc);
Cranes and/or Rigging. - Fluent in English (Reading/Writing).
- Knowledge Microsoft Office Programs to intermediate level.
Preferred Qualifications
- Assessor Award Qualification by Awarding Body.
Professional Experience (minimum)
- Minimum of 5 years Industrial experience of specific role.
- 3 years of experience as instructor/teacher.
- 3 years of experience in assessing/assessment role.
- Knowledge of Training/Assessment development would be an advantage.
